Linguistic configuration of the lexicon of comics action figures collecting
Abstract
In this article it is proposed, firstly, that the words used by collectors of comics action figures are not registered in the Diccionario de la lengua española [Dictionary of the Spanish Language] (DLE). This is made clear by an analysis of the configuration of linguistic formation processes, including semantic, morphophonological and social ones. Therefore, the main objective is to propose a linguistic analysis of these terms and thus demonstrate that their lexicon is different from the lexicographical proposal. In order to achieve this objective, a methodology in accordance on the lexicographic technique is used: acquisition of lexemes recorded in lexicographic cards, observation of the context and use of the words, as well as a review of bibliographic sources on linguistic theories. At the end of article, it is confirmed that the words have a different linguistic configuration and, therefore, form a particular lexicon.
