El Bicentenario del Mercurio Peruano y su Trascendencia universal
Abstract
Durante cuatro años, entre 1791 y 1794, tuvo próspera vida en lima un periódico de orientación cultural, el primero de su índole en la América del Sur. En el transcurso de dos siglos, y aun hoy, sigue teniendo vigencia, dado que reflejó el momento social en que le tocó desenvolverse, asi como el devenir histórico que vislumbraba.
