Perú, 1991: Lenguaje, subversión y pedagogía
Abstract
Cuando los peruanos afirmamos pertenecer a un pais incomunicado aducimos las distancias y obstáculos geográficos que impiden cubrirlas sin riesgos ni tropiezos. Nuestros ingenieros postulan como remedio varios alardes de ingenieria y proponen puentes y carreteras que favorezan el pronto acceso de las gentes y el buen drenaje de los productos naturales.
