Por un hombre trilingüe del siglo XXI
Abstract
Al principar el Siglo XXI, sin duda alguna el de la comunicación global, se plantea de manera más aguda que nunca la cuestión de la pluralidad lingüística mundial y de las políticas lingüísticas de cada uno de los Estados que son, en su gran mayoría, como es el caso del Perú, plurilingües, aunque se afanen por manifestar lo contrario y en actuar como si hablasen una sola lengua materna en todo su territorio.
