Abstract
Durante muchos años en el siglo XX, la literatura peruana, principalmente a través de cuentos y novelas, fue cubriendo el territorio nacional, en una especie de verismo poético cultivado por distintos autores. Nuestros principales narradores, Alegría y Arguedas, están
identificados con la sierra del norte y del centro sur respectivamente.
